Scrotoplasty is a surgical procedure to create or reshape the scrotum, the pocket of skin that contains the testicles, to give it a better appearance. This surgery may involve the use of the patient's own tissue, skin grafts or synthetic materials to shape or enlarge the scrotum. It can be performed alone or in combination with other surgical procedures, such as phalloplasty (penis-building) surgery.
