Fat Transfer / U-Graft (Chest, Shoulders, Buttocks)

Enhancing and defining masculine contours

Fat transfer, or lipofilling, harvests fat from donor areas (abdomen, flanks, thighs) and reinjects it into targeted regions to create a stronger, more defined masculine appearance. In men, it is frequently used to enhance muscle definition or correct irregularities.

Chest (Pecs): increase volume or complement implants for a more natural look.

Shoulders / biceps / triceps: enhance muscular contour.

Glutes: create athletic, firm male glutes.

Corrections: asymmetry, post-lipo depressions, scars.

Gentle liposuction of donor areas.

Fat purification (U-Graft or similar technique).

Precise reinjection in thin layers into target muscles or correction zones.

General anesthesia.

3-4 hours.

Day surgery, without hospitalization.

Swelling and bruising: 1–2 weeks.

Compression garment on donor areas: 4–6 weeks.

Work: 7–10 days.

Sports: 6 weeks.

Stronger masculine contours and enhanced muscular definition.

Natural, lasting result after 3–6 months.

Transferred fat behaves like normal fat: weight fluctuations affect the final result.
