Benign enlargement of male breast tissue (glandular, fatty, or mixed).

Patients whose condition does not improve with exercise or weight loss.

Small incision along the lower edge of the areola.

Removal of excess glandular tissue.

Liposuction performed if fatty tissue is present.

Skin tightening if there is major laxity.

General anesthesia.

1h30-2h hours.

Day surgery, without hospitalization.

Compression bandage for 4–6 weeks.

Return to work: 7–10 days.
